Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Osseo IQ collects when you request access to our clinical reference, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address, and optionally your professional role and practice setting, when you sign up for access.
- Basic technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as your browser type, approximate region, and pages viewed, collected through Cloudflare.
- Local storage. After you sign up, we store a small flag in your browser so you are not asked to sign up again. It contains no patient data.
We do not ask for or intend to collect any patient information or protected health information through this site.
How we use it
- To give you access to the Osseo IQ reference content.
- If you consent, to send you occasional updates about Osseo IQ, including new content and related products and services.
- To understand which content is useful and improve the resource.
Email and consent
We only add you to our mailing list if you tick the consent box at signup. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing does not remove your access to the reference.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and our mailing list, including our email provider Kit (ConvertKit) and our hosting/analytics providers. They process your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact information for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. Residents of the EU/UK, Canada, and California have specific statutory rights that we honor where they apply.
Children
Osseo IQ is intended for dental and medical professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers.
